2016- "This structure was originally built as a Methodist Church with a steeple and main entry on the south end (facing Broadhead St.). The congregation continued until the 1930's when ownership of the building was transferred to T.B. Ottum. Hubert Flugstad bought the property in the mid-1940's and converted it to apartments. Current owners are Kenneth and Ramona Crockett."
