NOTES
Additional Information:This two and a half story Queen Anne house features a square shaped plan configuration, a cream brick foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled hip roof. Hip roofed dormers intersect with the main roof in the attic story on both the facade and the side elevation. The wide overhanging eaves of the roof are bracketed. A full lenght front porch with a denticulated cornice has its roof supported by short tuscan columns on clapboarded railings. This residence, which is in excellent condition, was owned by Joanna H. Sutherland in 1982. Another map code for this house is RO-131/31.

Historical Statement: This dwelling was built in about 1905. City directories indicate that the house was owned by Wadsworth G. Wheelock. (See Bib. Ref. A). An earlier house built by Wheelock is located within the district at 418 St. Lawrence Avenue (AHI #46071).
