SINCE LAST SURVEYED IN 1983 ALMOST ALL THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH MODERN ONES, THE ORIGINAL STOREFRONTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH MODERN ONES.

2010-
Most of the first story has been converted into a large bar but a recent site visit found that the conversion actually had little impact on the original features. Similarly, the upper two stories of the building were later converted into apartments but this conversion occurred by (at least) 1928 and the early occupants were associated with the Tyomies Society.
