NOTES
Additional Information:2011- "Sheathed with a stucco veneer, this one-and-one-half-story Cape Cod residence is vernacular in style. Simple wooden pilasters flanking the south facade's multi-light entry door are the primary stylistic element. Single six-over-one, double-hung sashes flank the doorway while the side-gabled roof features a pair of small gabled dormers that carry similar examples. The side facades are pierced on the first floor by two six-over-one, double-hung sashes, while the gabled peaks display paired examples.

Information regarding this property is scant. It was constructed after 1936 and probably dates to circa 1940 when a one-acre parcel with a $2,800 improvement owned by Robert J. Hartman was first noted in tax records."
