FACILITY HAS BEEN IDLE SINCE 1969 SEE DULUTH-SUPERIOR HARBOR CULTURAL RES [Date Cnst:(DULUTH SUPERIOR HARBOR SURVEY 1975)] 2019: Timber approach track and all remains of steel/timber framing was scrapped by 2010.
