| Additional Information: | The date of 1939 was found in the mortar of the house chimney. The two-story boathouse was constructed with log-support posts and a log beam and 2x4 exterior walls. The 2x4 walls are exposed on the lower level. The second floor was supported by half-sawn timbers resting on the log beam. In 2008/2009 the boathouse and dock were leveled (due it racking), the boathouse was straightened and the support posts and beam were replaces as recommended. |
