This two-story rectangular Flagg System house faces west and has an attached garage. It is capped by a steep hip roof with composition shingles. The window and door openings are asymmetrical. There is one pair of ridge dormers, five gable dormers, and two chimneys with distinctive round openings. Inside, the house has a beam and girder ceiling on the first floor. The casement windows open inward over tile sills. There is a partial basement. The bathroom floor is one step up from the second floor hallway. There is an airing porch over the garage. In 1957 a rear porch was enclosed with glass and in 1980 a composition roof, vinyl storms and screens were added. This house is architecturally significant because it is one of a group of stone masonry houses built by Arnold F. Meyer according to Ernest Flagg's method of construction, and therefore contains many of the Flagg System features.
