The 2-story Gabled Ell house (168442) was constructed c.1880. It is rectangular in plan with a stone foundation, asphalt-clad walls, and a diamond-patterned asphalt-shingled roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a 2-story front-gabled mass comprising the northern half of the facade and a 1-story side-gabled mass comprising the southern half. A recessed front porch spans with width of the 1-story mass; the porch has modern wood supports and latticed railings and shelters two 1-over-1 windows and two glazed front doors. The front-gabled portion of the facade contains two 1-over-1 windows at the first story and two 1-over-1 windows at the second story. Wood shingles are located below the gables." -"CTH LP, USH 10 to CTH AP", WisDOT#4992-00-56, Prepared by UWM-CRM (Gail Klein), 2015.
