Additional Information: | No buildings are indicated on this property until 1930, when Carl E. Friedrich is shown as the owner of the 80-acre parcel. Carl E. Friedrich owned the 80-acre parcel until at least 1973, when his wife, Emma, retained ownership. Later, about 1980, Carl and Emma's son, Roland, assumed ownership. Plat maps indicate that sometime between 1990 and 2000, the 80-acre parcel was reduced to 75.22 acres, the result of WIS 29 expansion. Roland Friedrich retained ownership until 2008, when he passed. Since then, the property has been owned by Jim Hannemann. Resources for the Carl E. Friedrich farmstead include the farmhouse (#165261), barn (#165262), corn crib (#165263), privy (#165264), garage (#165265) and Quonset shed (#165266). |
