Additional Information:The Thorpes are believed to be the original owners of the property. In 1939, they sold it to Clinton and Margaret Karst. The Karsts sold it in 1941 to Joseph and Marion Schwinn, who in turn sold it to Albin and Anna Kzezswski in 1947.

In 1948, Horst Martin Schillbach, an engineer, and actress Jane Archer purchased the house. Archer died in 1999, and Dr. Schillbach lived in the home until at least 2000.
