Additional Information: | The property consists of a circa 1940 Colonial Revival style house and garage. The one-and-a-half-story house is clad in vinyl siding and rests on a concrete block foundation. The jerkinhead roof is covered is asphalt shingles and features an interior, corbelled brick chimney along the ridgeline, and a jerkinhead roof dormer on the east elevation. A one-story front gable addition with full-width front porch has been added to the east elevation. A one-story shed roof addition projects from the southwest corner of the house. Fenestration is comprised of one-over-one vinyl window; two-light sliding vinyl windows; a bay window of the south elevation of the front gable addition; and a single-leaf door flanked by oval sidelights. |
