| Additional Information: | The property consists of a 1939 house that has been converted into a commercial building. The one-and-a-half-story structure rests on a concrete foundation and is faced with vinyl siding and wood shingles within the gable ends. The cross gable roof is covered in standing seam metal features an interior brick chimney and modern gable roof dormers on the facade. An enclosed entryway centrally projects from the north facade and is flanked by open porch supported by wood posts. A front gable wing projects from the south elevation, and a low-pitched side gable roof wing has been added to the southwest corner of the building. |
