NOTES
Additional Information:2-STORY, CREAM BRICK CUBE W/ ROUNDED ARCHES OVER WINDOWS AND DOORS; CORNICE REMOVED

2009: "This 2-story Italianate building was constructed c. 1870. The building is rectangular in plan with a masonry foundation, cream brick walls, and a flat roof. Windows are single-pane show windows and 1-over-1 double-hung. The front elevation faces west toward Grand Avenue and is asymmetrical in plan due to a bricked-over doorway. Decorative segmental arch hoods are located above each of the windows and doors, although the hood above the first-floor central window has been removed. Concrete steps provide access to the front entrance."
