Additional Information:1 1/2 STORY FRAME HOUSE SIDED WITH ALUMINUM RESTING ON ROCK-FACE CONCRETE BLOCK; DOMINANT SIDE GAMBREL ROOF SHEATHED WITH ASPHALT SHINGLES; LARGE WALL DORMER AND BELL-CAST EAVES; SMALL PROJECTING 1-STORY SECTION ON NORTH FACADE; ENCLOSED ENTRYWAY AND PROJECTING GABLE ROOF ELEMENT ON FACADE; THE GAMBREL ROOF, BELL-CAST EAVES, MULTI-PANED UPPER SASHES, LARGE ROOF DORMER, AND EXTERIOR CHIMNEY ARE INDICATIVE OF THE DUTCH COLONIAL REVIVAL STYLE; THE LARGELY RECTILINEAR FORM OF THE HOUSE, IN ADDITION TO THE PROJECTING GABLED ENTRY, 6/6 DOUBLE-HUNG WOOD WINDOWS, ROUND-ARCH WINDOW WITH KEYSTONE, AND COLONIAL-INSPIRED DOOR SURROUND ON THE FACADE ARE INDICATIVE OF THE COLONIAL REVIVAL STYLE.
