Additional Information:People's Bank was established in 1916 and liquidated in 1934 following the 1933 federal banking moratorium.

The subject building was built in 1926 by contractor, Frank Eger.

2009- "This one-story, brick building has a modern front-gabled roof installed over both the subject building and 240 Broadway. The primary facade features an entrance framed by simple brick pilasters that support a limestone hood. A recessed rectangular panel is located over this entrance. Window openings contain double-hung, wooden sash windows and feature limestone lintels and sills.

The subject building was constructed in 1926 as the People's Bank by contractor Frank Eger. The People's Bank was organized in 1916 and liquidated in 1934 following the 1933 federal banking moratorium."
