Additional Information: | Another survey map upon which this house is found is DOT Watertown. This one and one half story gabled ell house features an L-shaped plan configuration, a brick foundation , a painted brick exterior, a brick and wood trim and a shingled gable roof. Rectangular windows have brick lintels and projecting sills; the second story front lintels are segmentally arched. A fan shaped window with raised brick surrounds adorns each of the open gable ends at the front and side elevations. The hip roofed porch sided with vertical boards is a recent addition. Another gabled addition was built at the rear. This residence, which was undergoing construction of a new foundation in 1986, is in fair condition. |
