It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. 2010: Rising from a poured concrete foundation, this two-story, Dutch Colonial Revival style-structure is topped with a gambrel roof from which shed-roofed dormers extend on each side. the primary (west) elevation features a central, wood-and-glass door that is sheltered by a pedimented porch entry supported by four Doric columns. A single, one-over-one-light sash is located to either side of the doorway, while a paired example is located along the second floor. A rectangular, two-light window is located in the peak.
