NOTES
Additional Information:This one-story dance hall was constructed c.1925. The frame building has a rectangular plan and an arched roof covered with tar paper. The exterior cladding on the side (east and west)elevations appears to have been removed, exposing the unfinished horizontal wood boards beneath. Although some windows on the side elevations have been covered with wood, remaining windows are a combination of multi-light fixed; two-over-two, horizontally divided; and one-over-one, double-hung sash. A one-story arched roof addition spans the front (north)facade. It is of frame construction, sheathed in clapboard and features a low-pitched hip roof vestibule and porch. A one-story concrete block addition with a brick chimney is located on the side (west) elevation. The rear (south) elevation features a modern one-story addition.
