2011 - "The Delavan Roller Rink is a two-story, astylistic utilitarian structure, set on a concrete slab foundation. A tiny, one-story, flat-roofed addition is appended to the southeast corner of the building. Concrete piers articulate the side facades of both sections, which are built of structural clay tile. Most of the window openings have been reduced with brick, and fitted with narrow columns of glass block and a central, multipaned window (now boarded over). A two-story, flat-roofed, enclosed entrance porch is centered on the front (south-facing) facade. The first story of the entrance porch is concrete, while the second story is finished with clapboards. The first story dates from ca. 1955, but the second story of the entrance porch was added after 1975. Two doors open out of the entrance porch. A large window opening appears on either side of the entrance porch at the first floor, and 1/1 windows (a post-1975 alteration) flank the porch at the second story. A shingled, shed-roofed dormer with a pair of 3/1 windows appears on either side of the asphalt-shingled, bow roof.

The Delavan Roller Rink was erected in 1931 (datestone) as the Pastime Roller Rink...The Delavan Roller Rink still serves as a roller rink, and its form, which is intact, clearly conveys its historic use and association."
