2019 -
This brick, Contemporary-style building was constructed in 1963 as a Wisconsin National Guard armory and continues to function as such. The building has a broad rectangular footprint and consists of one- and two-story box-like sections. The building faces west toward USH 12/Whitewater Avenue and is far from the road beyond a sizeable front lawn. The frontmost portion of the building is one story with horizontal sliding windows. Visible above is the set back two-story core of the building, which is windowless apart from three large window bays on the facade. The primary entrance to the building is on the north side elevation where the one- and two-story sections meet. It is sheltered by a flat metal roof supported by a single corner metal pole.
