House has 6/6 double-hung and fixed arched multi-light windows.

House has low-pitched hip roof with prominent steeply-pitched gable centered on front facade, door flanked by multi-light windows on 2nd story, interior and exterior brick chimney, arched entrance door on facade, replacement 1/1 double-hung windows, and octagonal bay window on facade.
