Additional Information: | 2008- The one-and-one-half-story vernacular house is clad in brick and rests on a foundation of glazed terra cotta brick. The clipped side gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features an interior brick chimney. Windows are replacement six-over-six, paired, double-hung sash with brick lintels and sills. The north facade faces STH 54 and features a central gable roof vestibule flanked by paired windows. The front doorway has a simple brick surround. A c.1990 two-bay rear garage addition is clad in horizontal siding. Another c.1990 addition connects to the garage addition and wraps around to the east side of the house providing additional interior living space. It has modern single-pane and divided-light windows. A concrete patio is present at the southeast corner of the house. |
