Additional Information:2009- This 2-1/2 story American Foursquare house was constructed in 1949. The house is rectangular in plan and has a low-pitched hipped roof and brick veneer. Windows are of two kinds: 1-over-1 double-hung sash, and Craftsman-style casements. Other character defining features include wide overhanging eaves and a 1-story hipped-roof porch that extends along the east facade with a hipped-roof dormer centered in the roof above. a 1-story and clad in vertical wood siding. The primary entrance is on the south elevation and is sheltered by a low-pitch hipped roof portico that is supported by decorative brackets. An interior brick chimney stands near the top of the south slope of the roof.
