Additional Information: | RIBBON WINDOWS W/ CORBELLED BRICK BRACKETESSTONE SILLS 2021: This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed c.1926. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a metal-clad hipped roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a recessed porch at the southern end of the façade. The overhanging roof above the porch is supported by squared brick piers. Inside the porch, a Craftsman-style wood and glass door is located in the building’s southern wall. North of the porch is a bank of four 1-over-1 windows. A row of solider bricks with contrasting stone blocks at each end spans the façade above the windows and porch and wraps around both side elevations. Hipped roof dormers project from the front and side roof slopes; the front dormer contains a bank of three 1-over-1 windows while the side dormers contains pairs of 1-over-1 windows. |
