Additional Information: | WOOD SHINGLED GABLE BARGEBOARD W/ ROUND ARCHED INNER BORDER ROCK FACED CONCRETE BLOCK PORCH SUPPORTS 2021: This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with a cast stone foundation, clapboard walls, and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. The front elevation faces west and is nearly symmetrical in plan with a full-width, shed-roofed porch spanning the first story. The porch features cast stone supports and knee walls and is accessed by a set of concrete steps with newer metal handrails. Inside the porch is a single doorway with a large 1-over-1 window on one side and a picture window with leaded-glass transom on the other side. Above the porch is a pair of 1-over-1 windows set within a round-arched recess. The wall inside the recess is clad in clapboard while the wall outside the recess is clad in wood shingle. |
