1-story, flat roof, rectangular plan small office building with brick veneer. Windows are fixed 1x1 and 1x1x1 and appear to be replacements. Window surrounds are concrete. Decorative details include mosaic tile motifs over pedestrian entrances on all sides of building, and a wave roof portico sheltering main entrance. Main entrance has window wall surrounding glass entry doors.
