1999- "This two-story commercial vernacular brick building was built in 1912 as theM. Stoffel & Company. The front facade of this flat-roofed building has a decorative parapet topped with a contrasting stone cornice. A wood cornice with dentils wraps the upper portion of the front facade and a portion of the east and west facades. Window openings on all facades have been altered, and windows have been replaced. Decorative brick hoods with a central limestone keystone remain on the first story level of the east and west facades, but the broadfront windows of the original storefront have been filled with bricks and modern windows. A large concrete porch with a double stairway and modern iron railing provides access to the two modern doors that replace the original entry door. There is a brick addition at the rear of the building."
