A FLAT ROOF TWO-STORY ADDITION WAS ATTACHED TO THE ORIGINAL BUILDING'S EAST-FACING SIDE ELEVATION BETWEEN 1910 AND 1928 ACCORDING TO SANBORN MAPS, AND IT TOO HAS CREAM BRICK WALLS. ALL THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS IN BOTH SECTIONS OF THE BUILDING HAVE NOW BEEN REPLACED WITH MODERN SINGLE PANE ONES.

2019 - appearance unchanged

This two-story brick commercial vernacular building was constructed c.1890. It is located at the intersection of Fond Du Lac Avenue and Main Street at the center of the village’s historic commercial area. The primary entrance is recessed at the northwestern corner of the building, facing the intersection. The core of the building has a rectangular footprint and hipped roof. Windows are replacement single-light fixed sashes within original segmental arch openings. The L-shaped two-story flat roof brick addition was added sometime between 1910 and 1928. This addition matches the original building’s cream brick exterior. It also features a wraparound porch on the upper story. The rear elevations feature two shed-roofed one-story additions clad in wood siding.
