Additional Information: | A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. This building has three sections. The central section is the main portion of the building. It is constructed out of recycled timbers. It has a steeply pitched gable roof covered with wood shingles. The walls are covered with wooden boards. The south section is a rectangle of timber frame construction. It may have been the original machine shed prior to construction of the larger section. This section also has a steeply pitched gable roof and wood vertical board siding. The roof is covered with corrugated metal roofing material. The south section also contains a large opening that has been converted into two garage bays and covered with modern garage doors. The third (northern) section is a one-story shed-roofed garage bay. The walls are covered with shiplap siding and the roof is covered with standing seam metal roofing. |
