| Additional Information: | 2007- This side gable house is one-and-one-half stories with a rectangular plan. The walls are multi-colored brick laid in a running bond, and the roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles. A gable entrance vestibule is centrally located on the facade, with rusticated stone quoining around the entrance. Windows are one-over-one, double hung sash on stone sills with brick lintels and stone keystones. A large plate glass window is located on the facade. An awning is attached to the facade over the front entryway. The house now functions as Peko Electronics, a commercial business. A frame, front gable, 2-bay garage with asphalt shingles is located at the rear of the property. 2024: This 1 ½ story Minimal Traditional house was constructed c.1930. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces east and features a front-gabled entry bay projecting from the center of the elevation. The entry bay contains a metal-framed glass door with tabbed stone surround. A picture window and a large one-over-one window are located south and north of the entry bay, respectively. The door and both front windows are sheltered under vinyl awnings. |
