Additional Information: | Another map code for this building is WT 19/22, found on the Hand Drawn map. This three story commercial vernacular styled hotel/retail building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a stone foundation, a brick exterior, a brick and concrete trim, and a flat roof. Interrupting the roofline and centered on the facade is a brick parapet. Corbelling distinguishes this parapet as well as the cornice. Directly beneath this parapet is a two story bay window, whose details include a flat roof, a denticulated cornice, mullions and stickwork. The windows on the third story have segmental arched lintels, while those on the second story have flat arches and are visually connected by a heavy, cut stone lintel course. The storefront has been altered. The building is in fair condition. |
