Another map code for this building is WT 20/18, found on the DOT West Bend map.

This two story side gabled house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a fieldstone foundation, a fieldstone exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Frieze windows, each with a wooden frame, appear at the front in the second story. The porch was removed. Related buildings include those found at 1386 Fond du Lac Avenue and 1388 Fond du Lac Avenue. (See WT 48/3 and WT 48/5). The 1878 fieldstone barn is to the rear of the rectory.

Father Caspar Rehrl founded the congregation of the Sisters of St. Agnes in 1858. (For a view of the rectory, see WT 20/19). The St. Agnes convent was a teaching order.
