Additional Information: | REPLACED WINDOWS AND DOORS, ALTERED WINDOW OPENINGS. OTHER OUTBUILDINGS ON PROPERTY ARE NON-CONTRIBUTING. 2007- "This newly inventoried Gabled Ell house is located on the west side of CTH Z. The property also includes several non-contributing outbuildings. The ca. 1890 residence is a classic example of the Gabled Ell house form, and is oriented parallel to CTH Z. The Gabled Ell house form consists of a one-story wing attached to a one-and-one-half story upright. The frame house remains structurally intact, but replacement drop siding is evident, and the building's foundation has been covered with cement. All portions of the roof line have been sheathed with asphalt shingles. The biggest alteration to the house has been the replacement of all windows, which has subsequently altered the openings themselves." -"Dellwood, Easton, Round Bluff", WisDOT 6355-00-04, Prepared by Rachel Bankowitz and Elizabeth Miller. (2007). |
