Additional Information: | ALTERED BY SEVERAL STRUCTURAL ADDITIONS AND REPLACEMENT SIDING. ORIGINAL STAINED GLASS WINDOWS INTACT. 2007- "This newly-inventoried church is located on the west side of CTH Z. Accounts vary, but St. John Lutheran Church was likely established in 1875 (datestone), although the present church many not have been constructed until 1911. The original portion of the church was comprised of a one-story gable front structure, with a bell tower. This portion of the church has since been added to on multiple elevations. A one-story gabled entryway was added to the original church fagade, and a one-story addition with several wings was added to the north and west elevations. The church is presently clad in vinyl replacement siding and cement blocks are visible as the foundation for the newer portions of the church. All portions of the roof line have been sheathed with asphalt shingles. The original portion of the church retains colored stained glass that was likely original to the church." -"Dellwood, Easton, Round Bluff", WisDOT 6355-00-04, Prepared by Rachel Bankowitz and Elizabeth Miller.
