Additional Information:WHEN FIRST SURVEYED IN 1977 THIS BOOMTOWN STYLE TWO-STORY RECTILINEAR PLAN STORE BUILDING HAD BEEN CONVERTED INTO HOUSE AND HAD BEEN RESIDED IN ASBESTOS. BETWEEN 1977 AND 2007, THE BOOMTOWN PORTION OF THE SOUTH-FACING MAIN FACADE HAD BEEN REMOVED, GIVING THE BUILDING A FRONT GABLE FORM APPEARANCE, THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN ALTERED (REDUCED), AND THE BUILDING HAS NOW BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL.

SANBORN MAPS SHOW THAT THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT PRIOR TO 1894.
