Additional Information: | "The Dell Creek Motel is a simple, one-story structure built in a "U" shape with a low-pitched, gabled roof... Predicated on observation, the styling and construction material used in this motor court very much conveys an early 1960s aura. That fact notwithstanding, no evidence was found to suggest when the structure may have been erected -- at least nothing prior to 1965 with the name Dell Creek Motel."
