This one-and-one-half-story bungalow is side-gabled in form and features a centered, front-gabled dormer that carries a tripartite grouping of nine-over-one-light sashes. The roofline extends to top the enclosed porch which consists of a series of one-over-one-light windows. Windows throughout the remainder of the house generally consist of single, nine-over-nine-light sashes with heavy stone sills, while additional windows are square, multiple-light examples.
