(2007) This one-story Ranch house is of frame-construction with rectangular plan sheathed in brick veneer. The low-pitched side gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and displays overhanging eaves, wide-lap wood in the gable ends, and an interior brick chimney. Windows are a combination of the original sliding, awning, and fixed. A low-pitched front gable projection with a band of three windows is located on the front. It features wide overhanging eaves supported by decorative brackets that shelters a small recessed front porch and entrance door. A two-car garage is attached to the side elevation.
