Additional Information:This house is a Sears and Roebuck catalog house design called "The Vallonia" It was built in 1921 by the superintendent of a retirement home located across the street. It is mostly original with unpainted woodwork throughout. It does however have an enclosed front porch. There are several other Sears homes in the area. Sears and Roebuck design known as the Vallonia built between 1921 and 1939. See Houses by Mail, p. 131.
