Additional Information: | February 2007 Survey - House is in process of renovations. Vinyl siding is being removed and portions currently clad in tar paper, replacement unknown. Modern garage addition. The house rests on a rusticated concrete block foundation. The side-gable roof extends over the front porch and is covered with new wood shingles. The deep overhanging eaves feature exposed rafter tails. A wood stringcourse accents the side elevations. Original, double-hung windows feature Craftsman-divided upper sash lights with simple wood surrounds. The facade features a front-gable dormer with five windows and a full-width porch supported by battered wood columns that extend to the ground level. There is a square bay window on the west elevation. The east elevation has a historic one-story vestible. |
