It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 1993- Balloon frame corn crib on limestone rubble footing. Assembled with cut nails. Wood shingle gable roof. Although relatively unaltered, the structure is extensively damaged. See National Register form for more complete description. Corn crib entirely destroyed by a storm in 2006. Formerly held the address of 4926 Lacy Road (aka 4932 Haight Farm Road).
