2015 - Maid’s Cabin #1 is a one-story vernacular frame cottage with an L-shaped plan, wood shingle siding, and cross gable roof sheathed with rolled asphalt. The building rests on concrete piers. The entrance is located at the corner of the ell and is sheltered by a shed roof extension supported by square wood posts. Windows include four- and eight-light casements, typically grouped in pairs. The small, projecting gable portion of the building is a laundry room. The remainder of the building includes two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Immediately adjacent to Maid’s Cabin #1 to the north are a cistern and small pump house for a well. A metal pipe clothes line is located in front of the building to the east.
