Additional Information: | Building 320 is an underground potable water reservoir that holds 500,000 gallons. The construction drawings were dated February 1941 and were signed by Charles P. Hallant (sp.?) of the Bureau of Engineering, Division of Architecture, Madison, Wisconsin. The structure is constructed entirely of concrete and measures 50 x 50 feet and is 12 feet high. It is entirely covered with earth and surrounded by a chain link fence. The reservoir is located near the top of a bluff and the water is distributed by a gravity system. |
