The building rests on a concrete slab and has a flat roof with overhanging metal eaves. A single metal door with two lights occupies the north elevation. A single, four-light, metal-frame window is located in the east, south, and west elevations. This building was part of the water and sewage system installed when the installation became a permanent training site for Air National Guard units.
