Additional Information: | 2006- Rising from a rusticated concrete-block foundation, this clapboard-sheathed, two-and-one-half-story residence has a hipped roof with hipped-roof dormers featuring exposed rafter tails. The primary entrance is located on an enclosed, one-story porch, which wraps around the east and south elevations. The porch is also clapboard-sheathed and features a bank of one-over-one, wooden sash windows and a modern balcony on the roof. The house's remaining fenestration consists of single and paired, one-over-one, wooden sash windows. Constructed circa 1910, the subject residence was originally part of a 95-acre parcel owned by farmer Val Bell. At least as early as 1924 through 1950, the property was owned by farmer F.
