Additional Information: | Stacked awning picture window. Corner windows. Geometric pattern garage door. September 2006-Faced with brick, this one story, Ranch style house is topped with a hipped roof and features a hipped roof garage wing that projects to the left (east). The roof is covered with asphalt shingles. The main (north) elevation displays an open, recessed entry porch supported by metal post and also features a picture window consisting of a three by three grouping of awning windows. The house's other fenestration includes stacked groupings of awning windows and corner arrangements of small one over one, double hung sashes detailed with wooden shutters. The garage block is pierced by a large, original garage door with geometrical ornamentation and a pedestrian entry. The house was resurveyed in 2017. Since the original 2006 survey, CTH E to either side of I-94 has been reconstructed. Consequently has the setback of the house been reduced as two-lane CTH E was reconstructed with 4 lanes to either side of 94 which occurred as the frontage road intersections to the east and west of I-94 were realigned to accommodate the future reconstruction of 94 itself . This resurvey was undertaken as preparation continues for the reconstruction of 94 proper. The character of the house itself remains unchanged. |
