NOTES
Additional Information:Large, modern additions

September 2006-This one story, flat roof, linear plan motel is faced with brick and features a prominent, projecting wooden cornice. The cornice projects outward and upward and exhibits wavy trim along its upper edge. The main (east) facade contains ten units with each exhibiting a metal door, an air conditioning unit and a single, double hung sash window. Some of the windows are flanked by shutters. No other ornamentation is present. Attached to the north endwall of the original block is a vinyl sided, split level Ranch house that was constructed in 1994. The north wall of the house is connected to a two story, vinyl sided motel addition that was built in 1999.

According to the current owner, the original block of the hotel was built sometime between 1956 and 1958 and was known as the Easterday Motel. The property was sold again in 1997.
