The cornice projects outward and upward and exhibits wavy trim along its upper edge. The main (east) facade contains ten units with each exhibiting a metal door, an air conditioning unit and a single, double hung sash window. Some of the windows are flanked by shutters. No other ornamentation is present. Attached to the north endwall of the original block is a vinyl sided, split level Ranch house that was constructed in 1994. The north wall of the house is connected to a two story, vinyl sided motel addition that was built in 1999.
