NOTES
Additional Information:This two and one half story residence rests on a stone foundation and is topped with a mansard roof that is underscored by carved wooden brackets. A pair of steeply pitched, gabled wall dormers dominate the primary (east) facade and feature a decorative wooden cornice. The first floor of the home is sheltered by an open, one story porch with turned supports and balustrade, as well as a slightly pitched roof. The door is located at the center, while a single sash window is situated to the north and a rectangular bay window lies to the south. The second level carries a central sash window with a round arched windowhood which is flanked by a larger sash opening to either side; the latter openings of which are topped with a triangular windowhood. A pair of gabled roof dormers are located along the north and south elevations of the mansard level.

William Pearson was the brother of Robert Pearson, the latter of which started the Sharon Cheese Factory in 1870. William later joined Robert and the firm became known as Pearson Bros. William passed away in the late 1880s and Ella remarried to physician George W. Horn.
