NOTES
Additional Information:1998-
The Racine USARC consists of two buildings on three acres of land. The area immediately surrounding the buildings is mostly covered by concrete or asphalt. The land has been significantly altered by construction activities and grading for the parking area. The facility is located in a mixed-use urban area.

The facility is leased by the U.S. Government and controlled by the 88th RSC until the lease expires in July 1999.

The Racine USARC consists a training and administration building and a vehicle maintenance building (Organizational Maintenance Shop or OMS in Amry Reserve terminology). The buildings are in good condition and do not appear to have been modified since their original construction. Neither of the buildings exhibit significant historical or architectural character or merit.

The training building functions as an administrative and drill facility for Racine USARC. Constructed in 1959, it is an irregular-shaped building that consists of a one-story rectangular administrative section connected to a 1½-story rectangular drill hall by a one-story enclosed corridor. The building rests on a poured concrete foundation and has concrete block walls with a brick veneer. A recessed entrance is located on the west wall of the administration section. A metal overhead retractable bay door is located on the drill hall. Fenestrations are located along the west wall of the administration section. Low-pitch gable roofs cover the structure.

Type A Armory.

2019: Appearance unchanged.
