Additional Information: | 1998- Madison USARC consists of two buildings located on approximately two acres of land in Madison, Wisconsin. The area immediately surrounding the center has been heavily disturbed, with almost the entire property being covered by buildings or pavement. The Madison USARC is located in an urban area. Madison USARC consists of a training and administration building and a storage building. Both buildings are in good condition. Neither exhibit significant architectural character or merit. The facility was leased by the U.S. Government and controlled by the 88th RSC until the lease was terminated on 27 December 1998. The Storage building was constructed circa 1960 as a 1½-story building that rests on a poured concrete foundation and has corrugated metal walls. Entrances include two metal overhead-retractable bay doors and metal pedestrian doors. Low-pitched gable roofs cover the structure |
